Tuesday effort sessions – On Tuesdays, we meet at a location close to the start of the session which will be given via the Spond app at the present time. The Tuesday runs are known as Effort Sessions and are designed to increase stamina and speed.
Thursday group runs – On Thursdays, we meet at West Witney Sports & Social Club, Burford Rd, Witney OX29 0NB, in front of the main building at 6.50pm ready to run at 7pm. There are four different routes available usually ranging from 3-10 miles in and around the Witney area.
