Trophies and awards will be announced at the Christmas party on 8th December.
The 5 Trophies up for grabs are nominated by the members.
Most Improved Newcomer Male and Female – Someone new to the club, in their first year who you think has improved.
Most Improved Male and Female – Someone from the rest of the club who has improved this year.
To be the most improved doesn’t mean it is someone at the front of the running pack, if someone goes from 14-12 minute miles, it is a bigger improvement than someone going from 7-6 minute miles. It can also be someone who has increased the distances they run.
Danielle Basson Unsung Hero – Someone within the club who you think has done a lot for the club this year. Possibly one big thing or lots of small things.
