Happy Bank Holiday Monday. What a great week of racing again, great turn out at the Headington 5mile on Sunday with our Men’s team taking 1st prize. Talking of team prizes, both the Women’s and Men’s teams are sitting in 3rd place at the Mota-vation series, so a good push for all our runners to be out there performing on Thursday at Stratfield Brake.

Last week saw the 5th and Final round of this year’s Time Trial – well done to Freda as the overall winner, so very well deserved Thanks to Fraser and his band of volunteers for organising a great club event. Full debrief below!
Final important note: we also need a few more ladies to step forward for the Short Run Rota, We could do with around 18 more on the ladies or we will need to get some to double up on the Short Run duties.
