NTM5 (Not the Marlow 5)

Marlow 5 has the reputation for providing the best goodie bag. Take a photo and upload it to WRR Facebook page of something useful that you would put in a goodie bag.

1. To be run on 15, 16 or 17 May
2. Pick a 5 mile route
3. Do a warm up and cool down
4. Record your run on Strava (titled NTM5)
5. Send results to results@witneyroadrunners.co.uk by 4pm on Sunday 17^th May so that they appear in the newsletter
6. Remember to stick to the social distancing rules
7. No Witney Roadrunners tops  to be worn
8. League points will not be awarded; this is for fun!
