Rules are as follows:
Run a 7 km (4.35 miles) on a route of your choice.
Run to take place on the weekend of Sat 30th/Sun 31st May.
Post NTMBR2 on Strava (if possible).
No WRR top to be worn.
Social distancing running at all times.
Send your time to WRR results by 3pm on Sunday (firstname.lastname@example.org).
