We all know how important that doing Interval type running sessions along with tempo and steady runs help in making you a faster runner. Adding in a run specify Strength session can make a huge impact in making you not only a faster and more efficient runner but also help in injury prevention.
I will be taking a virtual ‘run strength’ session on Saturdays at 09:00 just for Witney RoadRunners. This will be done through Zoom.
4 Saturday sessions for £12 limited to 12 people
I will also be taking a session on Thursdays at 17:45 open to anyone, if you fancy doing a second a session. Sessions paid in advance at £5 a session also limited to 12 people.
