Another good week/weekend of running for the Club: enthusiasm knows no bounds at the effort session, the out and back followed by Social Drinks was a great success with over 35 staying on for a chat, and obviously all running related, be sure not to miss the next one!! Not to be missed also the now Remembrance Day River Run becoming a great tradition, again don’t miss the next one.
